We don't really want to lay down terms and conditions; but unfortunately the world is not the way we would like it to be so we have no choice. We hope that the following, which we have to be pedantic about, will not upset anyone!

Use of this website

This website is to be viewed as being for entertainment only. Our authors have done their best to make it informative as well, but they have relied upon their own experiences, rather than authoritative guides. This means that it's highly possible (indeed probable!) that some of the information on this site is incorrect.

We will not accept any responsibility for any problems that crop up if you assume that what is written on this site is accurate, up-to-date and relevant. Please look for proper advice from qualified people if you have any decisions to make, whether these are major or minor.

Security of our website

Websites are under attack all the time by hackers. It seems that there is a never ending contest between some very clever but unscrupulous people who try to break into sites, and those others who try to keep them out. Sadly even the biggest ones are breached occasionally, often with catastrophic results. We cannot therefore accept any responsibility whatsoever for the consequences of your visiting our site after it has been hacked, and, possibly, misleading or fraudulent information, or malicious codes, placed on it.

Abuse of our website

Many website terms and conditions go into great detail about what abuse is prohibited; the problem is that the type of people who break into websites, subject them to denial of service attacks or generally disrupt them are criminals who are very good at hiding themselves. There is, therefore, not much point in us spelling out what must not be done to our site since these lowlifes will ignore everything we say. However, in general, we will seek to prosecute, and obtain damages from, anyone who tries to cause harm of any kind to out visitors, this website, or the owners and contributors.

Security of our site

There is very little point in people trying to break into our site since we do not collect any personal information at all about our visitors. We do of course use industry standard systems to protect it and we keep a close eye on it.

All of the images on this site have been created by ourselves, and the articles have been written either by ourselves or by experienced hairdressers who have agreed to give us the copyright to their creations. Nothing on this website should therefore be copied or reused in any way at all by any other person without our express permission. If you would like to have our permission to reproduce parts of it, please use our 'about us' page to get in touch with us.

Article suggestions

You're very welcome to submit articles to us for possible publication on this website. If we decide to accept any articles of this nature then the copyright would vest with the writer, but we would be automatically granted a lifetime licence to print, alter, or extend the article at our sole discretion. we will not accept articles that contain hyperlinks to other websites.
